Age 89, of North Saint Paul, passed away February 7, 2023. Born August 30, 1933 in Hinckley, MN to Otto & Bernice (Lamb) Jaarsma. He married Carol Nordrum in 1960 and they spent 62 years together. Lyle worked at Case IH for 44 years, rising to the ranks of president for the Local UAW Union 763. He was a US Army Veteran and he enjoyed gardening and baking. Lyle is preceded in death by his wife, Carol and parents, Otto & Bernice. He is survived by his children, Steve (Gayle), Greg, and LeeAnn (John); grandchildren, Nicole (Daryl), Joshua (Melissa), Brittany, Maia, and Malia; great-grandchildren, Jordan, Cameron, Christian, Dylan, Dominic, and Logan; other relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
