Obituary of Janis Speak

SPEAK, Janis E. Age 93 of Vadnais Heights and formerly of North Saint Paul passed away peacefully August 5, 2021. At the center of Janis’ life were her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren all who she loved so very much and always brought a smile to her face. Preceded in death by her husband, Karl S. Speak and son-in-law, Glen Markfort. Survived by daughter, Linda Markfort; sons, Karl (Beth) Speak, and Kevin (Amy) Speak; grandchildren, Aaron Speak, Tim Markfort, Kathryn Henriksen, Nathan Markfort and David Speak; nine great grandchildren; and sister, Arlene Hiles. Funeral service, 11 AM Thursday, August 12th at Christ Lutheran Church, North St Paul with visitation beginning at 10 AM until the time of the service. Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
