Obituary of Howard Leroy Anderson

On July 10th, 2021, Howard L. Anderson, Jr. joined his wife, Diane, in the Field of Dreams. He was 71. He was preceded in death by his father, Howard Sr., and mother, Marian. Howard is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, George & Claudia; niece Katie (Jay), their two boys, Lucas and Alex; niece Valerie and her daughter, McKenna; and many close friends. Howard was a DJ for KDWB and KS95 in his early days. After being on the air for several years, he shared his love for music at several stations around the twin cities as a Program Manager. He then obtained a degree and became a Field Services Engineer for Det-Tronics. Howard could be found at most Twins games, Canterbury Park, or traveling with his loving wife. Throughout his lifetime, Howard made many amazing friends and spent a lot of time enjoying those relationships. In lieu of flowers and cards, take some time to enjoy life to the fullest, just as Howard would, and remember him while doing so. A memorial for Howard will be announced at a later date.
