Retired St. Paul Police Lieutenant Passed away on March 28, 2011 at the age of 80. Preceded in death by first wife Mary Louise; second wife Joyce and five siblings. Father of Laurie (Scott) Arnold, Robert Michael Arnold, Ronald Arnold, and Tiffany Giovanni (Mike); grandfather, great grandfather and brother of Deloris Debel. Navy & Air Force Korean Veteran. Service Saturday (4/2) 11:00 AM at ST. JOHN LUTHERAN CHURCH, 765 Margaret Street. Interment Union Cemetery, Maplewood. Visitation Friday 4-8:00 PM at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Avenue, North St. Paul and Saturday one hour before the service at church.
