Obituary of Peter Dale Eggen

Peter Dale Eggen, age 81, died on January 18, 2022. He was born on the family farm on January 28, 1940 to Pete and Vern Ida Eggen in Milaca, MN. He attended Tibbets Brook Country School and graduated from Milaca High School. After high school, he enlisted in the US Army and he was in charge of Radar Operations. After returning from there, he attended trade school and became an electrician, retiring in 2003. He worked for many contractors, including his older brother, Gene in masonry. He was head foreman for many years at the 3M complex.
Dale loved being with his family - enjoying camping, fishing, hunting, gardening, and watching wildlife. He is survived by his wife, Pam; daughter, Jody; son, Mike; 4 sisters; and 4 brothers. Preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers, and 1 sister.  Interment is private.
