Obituary of David Allen Barclay
David A. Barclay
Age 61, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Tuesday, March 15, 2022. Preceded in death by father, Floyd Barclay. He is survived by mother, Rosemary; daughters, Christine (James), Leann (Kevin), and Cate (Jake); granddaughter, Addison; Laurie (mother to daughters); siblings, Dan (Kay) and Patti (Jeff); nieces, nephews and friends. A Mass will be held at St. Jude of the Lake Church, on Thursday, March 24 at 11am with visitation at 10am. Interment at Evergreen Cemetery at 2:00pm.
Flowers and memorial donations are welcome.
Dave loved to make the people around him laugh and smile. He loved spending time with family, friends and playing with his granddogs. He enjoyed traveling, fishing, watching and playing sports, listening to country music and making his famous fried green tomatoes to share. Dave will be greatly missed by all!
