Obituary of Claudia Jac Skinner (Chisholm)

Claudia Jac Skinner (Chisholm) 

Age 79, passed away Monday, August 2, 2022. She was something! She had her own unique style. She was a lifetime resident of North Saint Paul, and graduated from North High school. Before retiring, she worked as a waitress at restaurants including Wells Fargo Lanes, Hafner’s, and Bali Hai, then was a receptionist at Deluxe Check and Curtis 1000. She was an avid photographer and loved gardening. She also enjoyed live music and dancing; and enjoyed shopping and was a great bargain hunter. She was a survivor of many things including breast cancer. She loved her family, friends, and neighbors, and enjoyed spending time with her grand- and great-grandchildren. Her license plate said “Love U.” She was preceded by parents, John (Jack) and Virginia Chisholm; sister, Kristy Kay Chisholm; and sister-in-law, Pat Chisholm. She is survived by brothers, Tom (Melody) Chisholm and Jack Chisholm; sister-in-law, LeeAnne; children, Jeff (Elizabeth), Pam (Adam), and Joe; grandchildren, Josh, Jacob, Devin, Spencer, and Ben; great-grandchildren, Emma, Eli, Zac, and Kyla; and her niece and nephews, Katy, Joe, and David. On Monday August 15th, a service will be held at Sandberg Funeral home in North Saint Paul at 1:30 with visitation one hour prior. A celebration of life will follow at Quinney’s in Mahtomedi.
