Obituary of Scott John Sarner

Scott J. Sarner, Age 71, of North St. Paul, a larger than life character to his nephews and a kind and generous individual to his friends and family, passed away August 30th, 2022. Born to Betty and Thorvald Sarner of North Saint Paul. Brother to Craig Sarner and Linda Ashfield (George). Proud uncle to Joseph Ashfield (Susan), Michael Ashfield (Amanda), Brian Sarner (June), and Phillip Ashfield (Cailin). Scott was an ideal go-kart race opponent, mini-golf partner, movie companion, and the purveyor of perfect Christmas gifts. Lately, he could be found attending local sporting events or visiting with his grandnephews and grandnieces, whom he spoiled on holidays and birthdays. He was everything one could want in an uncle. You will be missed, Uncle Scotty.
