Obituary of Patricia Ann Harfield

In Loving Memory of

Patricia “Pat” (Gummy) Ann Harfield (Hyatt, Stegora)

Age 75, of St. Paul, passed away on October 20, 2022 surrounded by family. She was born April 22, 1947, in Brainerd, MN. She moved to St Paul, MN in 1974 where she met the love of her life, Paul Harfield and was a city girl ever since. Pat & Paul married October 24, 2015, after many years together.

A lot of people knew her as Pat but to the ones who loved her most, she was Gummy. Gummy was very crafty! She could make something out of anything and loved making things for her family, friends, neighbors, or anyone who liked her art! She loved sewing, knitting, crocheting, diamond painting, making jewelry and gardening.

Throughout her life she loved cooking, baking, camping, fishing, reading, playing darts, games and cards, but most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren.

In her earlier years she worked for an insurance company, as a bartender, baker, cashier, line cook, and also had some college experience in nursing.

Preceded in death by her loving Husband, Paul; Parents, Leonard & Regina Hyatt; Siblings, Donald (Uncle Ugly) and Karen; Brothers-in-law, Melvin and Harry; Sisters-in-law, Patty and Mary; Step-son, Steven; Nephew, Shawn; Grandchildren, David and Haley.

Survived by her Children, Troy (Pam), Todd, Anna (Isaac) and Jean; Siblings, Roger (Carolyn), Bonnie, Nancy and Mary Jo; Sister-in-law, Maude (Mike)

Her Grandchildren, Stevie (Jenessa), Lisa (Brent), David, Ashley, Amanda, Kayla, Karyn (Dallas), Cody, Teanna (Cameron), Alex (DeAndra), Steven (Jessika), Dylan, Patrice (Marcus), Joshua (Felicia), Nathan (Mary), Sarah, Brieanna (Lance), Robbie and Travis.

Her Great-Grandchildren, Javion, Kaylee, Benjamin, Lexi, Mallory, Aaron, Tabatha, Hannah, Emmitt, Emersyn, Olivia, Flynn, Hazel, Baylor, Levi, Asir, Quincy and baby Miller on the way.

Many loving cousins, nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews, extended family, friends, coworkers, neighbors, residents at her assisted living facility, Carefree Cottages of Maplewood where she lived.

Before Gummy joined her husband in Heaven as an Angel, she asked to see her whole family. She was able to meet her newest great-grandsons (Levi 8 months old, Asir 8 days old, and Quincy 3 days old) and she saw most of her great-grandchildren, grandchildren and children before she left us.

Mom, rest in paradise with Dad! We miss you already but we are finding comfort knowing you are now pain free ~Love Anna
