Marianne (Zangs) Anderson

Age 87 of North St. Paul

Marianne entered God’s eternal care on Friday, November 25, 2022, within days of suffering a stroke. Born to Leo and Ila Zangs. Marianne was a lifelong resident of North St. Paul.  Marrying the love of her life, Don Anderson, on January 12, 1957, Marianne was a wonderful and resourceful mother to the eight children that followed: Mike, Don Jr. (Julie), Terri (Mike), Patty (Joe), Cathy (Paul), Barb (Rolando), Dave (Katie), and Jenny (Dan).

Marianne was preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Marcella and Jean. She is survived by her husband, Don, their eight children, 18 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and numerous other family and friends.

Special heartfelt thanks for the compassionate nursing care provided by the St. John's medical team. Memorials prefered to St Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Mass of Christian Burial Noon, Dec. 7 at Church of St. Peter, 2600 Margaret St. N., North St. Paul (Visitation 11:00 AM - Noon). Burial at St. Mary's Cemetery.
