O’Connor, Thomas J. 

Age 90, passed away on December 22, 2022. A life-long Eastsider, Tom was a 1952 graduate of Harding High School. US Army Korean War Veteran. Tom was a man of great faith and will be missed for his sense of humor and his stories. Preceded in death by parents, Thomas & Nora; beloved wife, Esther; brother, John; and brothers-in-law, George Nelsen & Gene Mulligan; and nephew, Rick Haselman. Survived by daughter, Janice (Kenneth) VanderWyst; grandchildren, David (Debbie) & Dianna VanderWyst; 7 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Mary Nelsen, Catherine Mulligan, & Barbara (Ted) Haselman; sister-in-law, Elizabeth O’Connor; many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Mass of Christian Burial at 11AM on Thursday, January 12, 2022 at the Church of St. Peter (2600 N. Margaret St, No. St. Paul) with visitation one hour prior to Mass. Interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
