Age 72 of Oakdale, MN, passed away peacefully on April 26, 2023.
Preceded in death by parents, Cyril and Lorraine Belair; and sister, Kathy.
Survived by his wife of 50 years, Pam (née Wells); daughters, Nicole (Yucel) Ozel and Danielle Nelson; and grandchildren, Jacob and Max Ozel and Kellen and Fiona Nelson.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 from 5 PM - 7 PM at Sandberg Mortuary, 2593 E. 7th Ave, N. St. Paul, MN.
