Obituary of Bene't LeMoine Garske Winberg

Bene't LeMoine Garske Winberg, 85, of Hudson, WI (North St. Paul and New Richmond) passed away peacefully on April 23, 2024. Beloved wife, mother, groovy grandma, great grandma, aunt, sister, and friend.

Preceded in death by parents Louise and Fred LeMoine, son Michael Garske, and sister Mel Moris. Survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Roger; children Steve (Donna) Garske, Lisa (Ron) Drury, Susan (Mike) Felling, Brenda (John) Anderson, (Marsha) Garske, Jennifer (Jerry) Bezdicek; siblings Mimi Miller, John LeMoine, Jim LeMoine; step-brothers Jim & Tom Crisp; half-sister Gypsi LeMoine; many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She retired from 3M in 1997. Benet's favorite hobbies and talents were playing Mahjong, golfing until she was 80, volunteering for local charities, exercising (all the time), quilting, baking, watercolor artist, master gardener, and spending time with her family. Her family describes her as honest, good secret keeper, fun, humble, and a great listener. Her family was her everything. She taught her family to accept everyone for who they are, never burn your bridges, and have a fun ride along the way.

Memorial service will be held at Bethel Lutheran Church in Hudson, 920 3rd St. Hudson, WI Monday, April 29th at 11:00. Visitation to be held  2 hrs before service and a luncheon following at the church
