Obituary of Lyle M. Arends

Age 93 of St. Paul / White Bear Lake Formerly of Cross Lake, MN Passed away on February 6, 2013. Preceded in death by wife of 74 years, Geraldine; son Lyle; 2 grandsons and 2 brothers. Survived by children Sidney "Lucky", Terry (Shirley), Yvonne Becker, Beverly (Gary) Leih and Rick (Dee); daughter-in-law Julie; 14 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren, a great great granddaughter; many nieces & nephews. For over 50 years Lyle was a Mason and Shriner. He was a longtime member of Local #49, VFW Post #1350 and American Legion Post #39. Lyle served the Cross Lake area as a council person and planning commissioner for many years. Service Saturday (2/9) at 11:00 AM at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Avenue, North St. Paul with visitation one hour before the service. Interment Union Cemetery, Maplewood.
