Obituary of Daniel Reed

REED, Daniel L. Age 84 July 1, 1937 – July 13, 2021 Longtime Eastsider, original owner of Reed’s Sales and Service, former active Payne Arcade Business Association Member, Harvest Festival, and Arlington Hills Lutheran Church. Preceded in death by wife, Valerie in 1995; parents, Lloyd and Martha Reed; sister JoAnne Young; brother, Harvey Reed; and great granddaughter, Caroline Kuester. Survived by son, Scott (Julie) Reed; daughters, Jodi (Randy) Zellmer and Jill Reed (Joe Leko); nine grandchildren; and twelve great grandchildren. Dan’s family would like to thank the staff at New Perspectives – Woodbury and Brighton Hospice Staff for the wonderful care they provided. A Celebration of Dan’s Life will be held at 11 AM at Arlington Hills Lutheran Church, 1115 Greenbrier Street, St. Paul, MN on Monday, July 19, 2021 with a gathering of family and friends beginning at 10 AM.
