Obituary of Lawrence E. Schendel

“Larry” Loving dad, grandpa, brother and friend – age 67 On November 18, Larry was welcomed into Heaven by his much missed and adored mother, Vera, father, Lawrence, sister, Judy and a menagerie of beloved pets and hunting companions. He is survived by his children, Kelly Unger (Chris); Sean (Nichole); Shannon Whitman and Peggy and their mother Colleen; grandchildren Julia and Marcy Whitman and James and Theodore Unger; sister, Joan Stoss; brothers, Rick (Jane) and Tim (Beth) and many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends. Visitation from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Saturday (11/24) at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Avenue, North St. Paul with service at 11:00 AM. Private interment Waukenabo Cemetery, Aitkin, MN. Larry lived a full and colorful life and knew how to tell a story. Our memories of him and his tall tales are treasured.
