Beloved Mom, Grandma & Friend Age 84 of North St. Paul Passed away September 5, 2012. Preceded in death by parents Guy & Pearl Bailey; brothers & sisters William Bailey, Kathryn Lewis, Joseph Bailey, Florence Sandvig, Lynn Bailey, Walter Bailey & Maxine Bailey; husband Willard. Survived by sons Mark (Lori) & Barry; grandson Nick; great granddaughter Mia; sister Judith (Don) Gilbert; nieces, nephews, relatives & friends. Memorial service Monday (10/1) 12:00 Noon at NORTH PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, 2675 E. Hwy 36, North St. Paul, with visitation one hour prior to service at church.
