Obituary of Ruth D. Brookman

Age 89 Died December 23, 2013 Loving mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother is preceded in death by husband Robert Brookman, sister Irene Charboneau and brother Arthur Stattman. Survived by sister June Anderson, Austin, Tx, daughter Nancy Brookman, son Buzz Brookman (Pat), grandaughter Kelly (Jim) Belich and great grandson Jasper Belich, and many nieces, nephews and friends. A special thank you to Dr. James Adams and the caring staff of HealthEast Hospice for their kindness and caring support during this journey. She is gone from our sight. However, just at the moment when someone says, "There, she is gone," there are other eyes watching her coming, and other voices ready to take up the glad shout, "Here she comes!" No memorial service will follow. Family will scatter ashes at a scenic place near the Gun Flint Trail, a favorite place for Ruthie and Robert.
