Obituary of Mary Elizabeth Traxler

Born May 31, 1926, in Le Center, MN to Edwin & Mamie Meyer. Preceded in death by her parents, husband of 51 years DeVere R. and son DeVere J. "De". Survived by children Gary, Robert (Pamela), Janet Olson (David) and Helen Gilbertson (Thomas); grandchildren Clover Engelbert (Mark), Robin & Robert Traxler, Scott & Sheila Gilbertson and Cassandra & Julia Olson; great grandchildren Austin, Logan & Caitlyn: sister Helen Thelemann (LeRoy); her niece and nephews and many dear friends. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday 10:00 AM at ST. JUDE OF THE LAKE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 700 Mahtomedi Road, Mahtomedi. Visitation Friday 5-8 PM at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Avenue, North St. Paul and one hour before the Mass at church on Saturday. Private interment Lakeview Cemetery. Memorials preferred to St. Jude Church or The Good Neighbor Club of Mahtomedi/Willernie. Mary was a wonderful woman who devoted her life to her family, friends and faith.
