Obituary of Terry Tarvin

Terry Tarvin Age 51, passed away peacefully surrounded by family at The Pillars Hospice. Survived by wife Jolene and daughter Tasha (age 5), mother Patricia (Ray), siblings Kris Lekatz (Dan), Mike (Cindy), Mark (Susan), nieces Lauren and Katie, nephews Matt, Christian, and Jacob, mother in-law Bev Welker. Preceded in death by father Jerry Tarvin and father in-law Gene Welker. Terry lived in Bemidji for the past 25 years and was a graduate of Bemidji State University. He was a 10 year employee of Bemidji Chrysler. Terry had many good friends and touched many people during his lifetime. His daughter Tasha was his shining star. Special thanks to all of his caregivers, in particular the caring workers at The Pillars Hospice Home. A memorial mass celebrating Terry’s life will be held at St. Philips Catholic Church, 702 Beltrami Ave NW in Bemidji on Monday, February 21st at 10:30 AM. Family will greet guests one hour before, luncheon to follow. Memorials can be sent to a special account set up for Tasha’s education at Security Bank in Bemidji in the name of Tasha Tarvin.
