Obituary of William Joanis

Beloved Husband, Father, Brother & Friend Age 60 Passed away on January 9, 2013. Preceded in death by parents John Weston & Marian Sinrud Joanis. Survived by loving wife Nancy Kay (Luikens); children Andrew Kress Joanis & Marie Kress Joanis Ruff (Gordon); siblings Susan Kay Joanis (Thomas Burton) & Mary Ellen Joanis; and extended family and friends. Bill was a respected attorney in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area for many years. He hosted the annual Hop-A-Long squash tournament at the Commodore Squash Club. Born in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, Bill was a passionate Green Bay Packers fan and season-ticket holder. He was an alumus of the University of Wisconsin and a fan of the Wisconsin Badgers. Memorials preferred to donor's choice. Bill was well-loved and will be greatly missed.
