Age 78 of Maplewood Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on March 26, 2012. Preceded in death by mother Ione. Beloved husband of Irene for 50 years. Also survived by children Bobby, Mary Mattson & Carol; grandchildren Joshua, Marissa, Matthew and Christopher; sisters Linda Hydukovich (Bill) & Cheryl Billig (Daniel), cousins & friends. Memorial Service Sat. (3/31) at 3:00 PM at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Avenue, No. St. Paul with a gathering one hour before the service. Memorials preferred to the American Diabetes Assoc.
