Beloved Husband, Dad, Grandpa, Great Grandpa & Dear Friend Age 91 Went to his heavenly Father on February 12, 2013. Preceded in death by sons Jack & Cary; grandson Thomas; 4 brothers and 5 sisters. Survived by his wife of 66 years, Vivian; children Cathy Griesenbrock, Moni Solko, Mike and Paul (Katy); 11 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and sister Shirley Eilefson. John served as Grand Knight with the Knights of Columbus. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday (2/16) at 10:00 AM at BLESSED SACRAMENT CATHOLIC CHURCH, 1801 LaCrosse Avenue, St. Paul. Interment St. Mary's Cemetery, North St. Paul. Visitation Friday from 4-7:00 PM at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Avenue, North St. Paul and 1/2 hour before the Mass at church on Saturday.
