Survived by wife of 62 years Pat (nee Hunter); children Sandy Lowry (Gene), Jim (Dawn) and Shelley Keopple (Willard); 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Memorial Service Friday (12/9) at 11:00 AM at ARLINGTON HILLS PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, 1295 Magnolia Avenue East. Private interment Evergreen Memorial Garden. Visitation Thursday 4-7:00 PM at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Avenue, North St. Paul and one hour before the service at church. Memorials preferred to donors choice.
