Retired St. Paul Public School Teacher Passed away peacefully October 12, 2011 surrounded by family & friends. Survived by loving wife Diane, with whom he shared 56 years of marriage; sons Jeffrey & David; daughter Susan (Paul) Kittinger; grandchildren Crystal, Leah, Troy & Malin; sister Lois Rogers; other family & friends. Member of Harmony Society (64 year member of North Star Chorus), American Legion Post 39 and St. Andrew's Lutheran Church of Mahtomedi. Memorial service Monday (10/17) 11:00 AM at SALVATION ARMY, 2080 Woodlynn Ave., Maplewood, with visitation one hour prior to service. Private interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials preferred to Salvation Army & Harmony Society.
