Loving Husband, Dad, Grandpa and Great Grandpa Age 91 of Oakdale. Died on 2/12/2011. Preceded in death by wife Irene; son Richard; grandson Richard Jr.; brother Christ and sister Virginia. Survived by children Charlene Spencer (Frank) and Steven (Deborah); grandchildren and great grandchildren. Special thanks to the Golden Tones. Visitation Friday (2/18) from 4-8:00 PM with a prayer service at 8:00 PM at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Avenue, North St. Paul.
