Obituary of Darrell R. Kinning

Loving Husband, Father, Grandpa, and Friend ~ Age 75 Darrell Kinning of Jacobson, MN passed away unexpectedly on Friday, April 22, 2011. Preceded in death by mother and father, Marie and Joe. Survived by loving wife of 55 years, Carol; four sons, Mark (Evone), Dave (Lynn), Mike (Brenda) and Dean; grandchildren Janelle, Adam, Taylor, Andrew, Brett, Aaron and Travis; brothers, Joe & Dick. Darrell was born on May 8, 1935 in St. Paul. He graduated from the U of M with a Master of Education degree and taught in the North St. Paul school district for over 30 years. Darrell loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, golfing, and traveling. Darrell was a caring and loving man who will be missed greatly by his friends and relatives. A celebration of his life for family and friends will be on Friday (April 29) from 5:00 – 8:00 PM at Sandberg Funeral Home, 2593 E. 7th Ave., North St. Paul. Family is asking relatives and friends to share their thoughts and memories of Darrell at 6:30 PM. Memorials preferred to the American Heart Association.
