Obituary of Carol Jean Pittman

Age 82, of Maplewood, MN Went to be with her Lord and Savior on December 19, 2021.
Carol Stern was born on December 18, 1939, in St. Paul, MN, to Louis and Ethyl (Christiansen) Stern. She was married to Earl Pittman at Trinity Baptist Church in St. Paul, MN, in 1964, and shortly thereafter became long time members at Hayden Heights Baptist Church in St. Paul. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was a strong Christian woman and lived to know Him and make Him known. She is survived by her children, Charm (Stig) Seitzberg, Dale (Brenda) Jackson, Doug (Sharon) Jackson, Steve (Jane) Pittman, and Joel (Diane) Pittman; 18 grand children; 15 great-grandchildren; 8 stepchildren; and many step grand children, and great-grandchildren; and was an adopted mother and grandmother to many more. Funeral service for Carol will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, December 28, 2021, at Five Oaks Community Church in Woodbury, MN, with a time for visitation one hour before. Interment will take place at Union Cemetery in Maplewood, MN.
