Obituary of Sophie Margaret Kuehn

Age 98 of Maplewood 

Was born on April 23, 1924 and went to be with our Lord on May 6, 2022. 

She is preceded in death by Don, her beloved husband of 47 years; her parents, Michael Pannek and Victoria Kostreba; brothers, Alois and Alfred; sisters, Helen Winger and Marcella Haugen; 5 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Sophie is survived by her children, Mary Jane, Estelle (Don), Sandra (Jim), Rosanne (Charles)Darlene (Jerry), Brenda (John), Allen (Beth), Donna (Todd), Vickie (Merl), Anthony (Kathy), and Barbara (Dave); 36 grandchildren; 61 great-grandchildren, and 5 great great-grandchildren. 

Mass of Christian Burial at the church of St. Peter, 2600 N. Margaret St., North St. Paul, at Noon Tuesday May 17. (Visitation from 10 – Noon). In lieu of flowers, Sophie requested memorials to your local food shelf or Catholic Charities. The family would especially like to thank Accent Care Fairview Hospice (Samantha) for her wonderful care and support.
