Lois Ann Berkowitz

Passed away peacefully on January 10, 2023, at age 85. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, daughter, and friend. Lois loved her family with all her heart. Lois is preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Lola Hiles; sister, Karen Bishop; and brother, Donald. She is survived by daughters, June Berkowitz, Teresa (Craig) Akermark; and Paula (Allen) Filipiak; and son, David (Kimberly) Berkowitz. Her greatest loves were her 9 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Monday, January 30, 2023 from 11AM – 1PM at Sandberg Funeral Home (2593 E. 7th Av., No. St. Paul) with a short service at 1PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
