Obituary of Kathryn Lynn TeWinkel

TeWinkel, Kathryn Meyer, passed away peacefully on October 27, 2023 at the age of 77. Preceded in death by her parents Art and Joyce Meyer and sister Karen M. Knapp. Survived by sister Christine (George) Smith, "bonus sister"/cousin Pattianne (Greg) Demaray, 3 nephews, 1 niece, 9 grandnieces/nephews and many beloved cousins. Despite limitations imposed by cerebral palsy, Kathy graduated North St. Paul HS ('64) and The University of Wisconsin-River Falls in Speech Therapy and subsequently worked with children with disabilities. As a life-long member of North Presbyterian Church, Kathy offered her beautiful voice as choir member and soloist and served on the Board of Directors of Northeast Learning Center. Thanks to the loving care staff of Ramsey County Care Center (12 yrs) and Woodlyn Heights Care Center (1-1/2 yrs). Memorial service will be held at North Presbyterian Church, 2675 E. Hwy 36, No. St. Paul, MN on Monday November 27 at 11:00am with visitation 1 hour prior. Memorials preferred to North Presbyterian Church.
