Soban(Black), Jeanne M., age 79 of North St. Paul. Passed away peacefully at her home February 14, 2024. Retired after 24 years of service with the State of MN. Preceded in death by parents Willard and Margaret Ruth; husbands Edward Black and Keith Soban; stepson Bart Soban; brother-in-law John Hockbein. Survived by daughter Dianna Black; son William (Maria) Black; only sibling Marlene Hockbein; stepson Kerry (Jerri) Soban; grandchildren, great-grandchildren and many other family and friends. Funeral Service Wednesday February 21 at 11:00am with visitation 1 hour prior at Sandberg Funeral Home, 2593 E. 7th Ave, North St. Paul, MN 55109. Interment Evergreen Memorial Gardens. Memorials preferred to St. Judes Childrens Hospital.
