Obituary of Mary Annette Anderson

Mary Anderson (Ave’Lallemant) was born in North St. Paul on December 29, 1940 and was called home on March 5 at the age of 83 due to complications from Dementia.

Mary was introduced to Paul while living on Silver Lake. They fell in love and were married on April 30, 1960. They eventually moved to White Bear Lake to raise their 3 boys. Mary and Paul lived in North St Paul during their retirement years in Mary’s childhood home on Silver Lake. Mary loved living on Silver Lake, seeing her 3 boys (as she referred to us) and their families come there. She loved sitting on the deck watching the grandkids play in the yard, throwing balls for the dogs, and fishing with saltine crackers. Every holiday was expected to be at the house that she was so proud of! Up until the very end, the depth of Paul and Mary’s love for each other was evident and there was no place she would rather be than by Paul’s side. Mary was funny, charming, and caring and was proud of her Ave’Lallemant heritage. Her absence will leave a big void in the lives of her family and friends.

Mary is survived by her Son’s Peter (Kirstin), Mark (Leigh), Jon (Cris), grandchildren Sam (Katie), Jake, Josh, Lily, Annika & Jack, and sisters Jane Ave’Lallemant, Cathy Zinner (Ted).

Funeral Services will be held on May 2 at St. Mark's Lutheran Church, NSP at 11:00am. Visitation at 10:00am. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to St. Mark's Lutheran Church.
